Art Yowza: Around the World Day 1

On the first day of Art Yowza: Around the World, the campers created their own, unique passports. Each camper came up with original name for his/her identity, birth country, and birthday that would go on the passport. One of the boys was King Sharky from Sharkland and another girl was Queen Fluffy from Bunnyland. These kids are extremely talented at designing patterns using multiple colors. The passport project is one of my favorite projects at Art Yowza and it seems the campers enjoy it a lot too. I can see the campers excitement when they see their photographs in the passports.
So one of the destinations of this Around the World journey is Japan, the country I’m originaly from. I’m doing a lesson on drawing a 3-D robot. I’ll see how this goes on Wednesday!
